Our games may offer virtual items, currency, or other content for purchase ("In-App Purchases"). All In-App Purchases are processed through the applicable platform store (Google Play Store or Apple App Store) and are subject to their respective terms and conditions.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban any player account that violates these conduct rules, at our sole discretion, without prior notice or refund.
All content within our games — including but not limited to graphics, audio, game mechanics, code, characters, story, and branding — is the exclusive property of MAMOGames / Yannick Triqueneaux and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our games for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not grant you any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or exploit any part of our games.
Our games are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our games will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MAMOGames / Yannick Triqueneaux shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of virtual items, or loss of gameplay progress.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of our games shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access to our games at any time, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the game is revoked and you must cease all use of the game.
You may stop using our games at any time by uninstalling them from your device. Uninstalling the game does not delete your player data held by Unity Gaming Services — see our Privacy Policy for data deletion requests.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the "Effective date" at the top of this page. Your continued use of our games after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
